This 5-story 126,000 sq ft office building is the new home for Baxter Corporation. Sprint Insight has been contracted to complete the base building and tenant fit-out mechanical work for this project. The project commenced April 2010 and was completed 16 months later. LEED Gold certification was achieved October 22, 2014.
