The 152,000 sq ft building is seven storied with a mechanical penthouse on the roof.  The property will also include a state of the art convention centre, parking spots for 634 cars including 56 underground spaces, building CO2 sensors and a central plant with BAS.  The project was designed to meet LEED Silver certification but achieved LEED Gold on July 28, 2011.
