40 King North Courtyard Revitilization                    

TThe project involved demolition of the existing finishes down to the building’s existing waterproofing and insulation in order to redesign the courtyard and entrance. This included the addition of new wall, cast-in-place stairs, ramp, planters and new granite finishes. All the work was completed in two phases to allow the Courtyard’s entrance to remain accessible to the building tenants.
