The George Brown Residence building measures 8-storeys in height and accommodates 500-students. The residence was designed to offer two-bedroom units complete with kitchenette, washrooms, and separate study area. As well every bedroom within the residence has a window. Each floor has several lounges and some have a full-sized kitchen. Originally built to house athletes during the 2015 Pan Am games, this project marks the first student residence constructed for George Brown College.
