The 15th and 16th floors contain laboratories for the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine.  Each floor contains 35,900 sf of laboratory space consisting of a suite of modular laboratories for chemistry, biology, and cell culture (including both wet and dry lab areas), freezers, cold rooms, autoclave and clean rooms The remaining floor area consists of conference rooms, meeting rooms, lounges, kitchenettes and private offices.
