Jerry Coughlan Health & Wellness Centre

This project consists of the new construction of a 72,000 SF four-storey building that will provide a strategic combination of hospital and other health care services closer to home for people in Durham Region. This includes outpatient services, independent physician offices, an urgent care centre in addition to pharmacy, laboratory and diagnostic services.
