Park Hyatt Renovation

This project consists of a 417,000 square foot renovation to the existing 18-storey South Tower. Once completed there will be 65 new residential units, a new spa, retail space and a renovated rooftop lounge. Along with the renovation an addition of a new 6-story podium structure connecting the South Tower to the North Tower will be built. The podium will feature a new hotel restaurant, a new ballroom and a modernized loading facility. The north tower renovation is not currently part of this project. We are only installing new heat pumps and providing minor alterations to the first three floors
