Amgen Canada Head Office           

The project consists of a five storey, 125,000 sq ft. office building with a 7,100 sq ft. mechanical penthouse.   A key feature was the design of the floor plate and coordination between the architect and the structural & mechanical engineers. The project won the 2007 NAOIP Rex award for office development of the year in 2007.  The project was not submitted for LEED certification the project was designed with energy efficiency and sustainability very much in the forefront.
