This 345,000 square foot administrative facility is home to 13 different Regional departments including the administration offices for the Durham Region Police Services in a six story office tower. Highlights of the building include a 5,000 square foot council chamber and a 20,000 square foot court facility integrated via a central galleria.  The project also included five court rooms plus support area for the POA courts of Durham Region and a parking structure large enough to accommodate 1,425 parking spaces.
