McMaster University, Les Prince Hall        
 

Located in McMaster University, Les Prince Hall is the newest residence along with conference centre for the university.  This project involves the construction of a six storey, 390 bed student residences comprised of both single and double rooms.  Each unit has its own ensuite with a toilet, sink and shower.  In addition to the suites the building includes common laundry facilities and rooms for meetings, games and socializing.  A portion of the first floor is dedicated as a conference centre.
