George Brown College - “The George” Residence

The 225,000 square foot residence consists of two nine level towers; the top seven residential floors are above a two-storey podium. Each room was designed to offer two-bedroom units complete with kitchenette, washrooms, and separate study area. As well every bedroom within the residence has a window. Each floor has several lounges and some have a full-sized kitchen. It is also designed to be used as a hotel and conference center in the summer months.
