The mall received a complete renovation to 97,000 square feet of existing retail space to create new tenant spaces, common mall area and a new south entrance. Within this renovation three new anchor stores were created. The mechanical improvements to the mall included the installation of new roof top equipment and a storm water storage and irrigation system.
