Windsor Aquatic Centre                       

The Aquatic Centre comprises of a 71.5m competitive pool tank with two movable bulkheads, a movable floor and a 10m dive tower; seating for over 900 spectators and 600 competitors. The second component of the building is a 45,000 sq. ft. themed leisure water fun park including a lazy river, flow rider wave pool, etc.   Support spaces include 6,000 sf of fitness space, program rooms, a large central atrium as a community focal point, etc.  This fast track design-build project was completed in time to host the 2013 International Children’s Games.
