GO Train Layover Facility                      

The station has been built to accommodate six trains to be parked for overnight layover.   The site is made up of three buildings; The Staff Building (3900 sf), Substation Building (2400 sf) and Waste Disposal Building (936 sf).  The layover station provides reliability of service for the Richmond Hill GO Rail line and was part of phase 1 of the expansion of these services.
